• Cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a $25 fee.

• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. If you choose to keep the appointment, services will be provided within the remaining time, and the full service fee will still be charged.

• If you find yourself running a bit behind, we kindly ask that you give us a call so we may do our best to accommodate your appointment. Please note that, in consideration of all our guests, we may not be able to extend your service time for late arrivals.

• As our parking area can become busy, we encourage allowing a few extra minutes to ensure a relaxed and stress-free arrival.

• For the comfort, safety, and well-being of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets not be brought into the salon.

• We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Personal checks are not accepted. Guests who prefer to pay with cash will enjoy a 5% courtesy savings.
